FMS (Facility Management Services) is different from AMC-(Annual Maintenance Contracts) Services. Facility Management Services get trained manpower from the Service providers who would coordinate with the vendors to provide On-site IT support to the customer. Our service personnel are generally deployed on-site (full-time), at the customer premises. NETFIX technologies involve an effective combination of people, processes, and tools to ensure that your IT infrastructure is always up and running. We make sure that the customer's equipment is in excellent working condition and that services are provided in a timely and efficient manner. The services are delivered through the Help Desk with a Single Point of Contact. Depending on the customer's requirements, the services are provided on a 24 x 7 basis.
